Why a Diabetes-focused Website?

“Patient knowledge and education about diabetes is a key aspect of successful diabetes management. Because there is so much available information about diabetes on the internet and in other forms of media, we feel that it is important for the Johns Hopkins Patient Guide to Diabetes website to strive to be an accurate and trusted source of information about diabetes. We hope that our website helps people with diabetes, and their loved ones, in their quest to learn more about diabetes.”
