Episode 41: WDD: Epidemiology of Diabetes

In Episode 41, Dr. Kalyani welcomes Dr. Justin Basile Echouffo Tcheugui for a special World Diabetes Day podcast. Dr. Tcheugui is currently the Associate Director for Student and Resident Education in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism as well as an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is a physician scientist with training in Endocrinology and Epidemiology. His clinical practice and research focuses on type 2 diabetes, obesity, and lipid disorders. Dr. Tcheugui’s interests include the international epidemiology of diabetes and he previously trained in the UK and and Africa.
